Authorized Third Party offices are operated by private individuals or businesses that are contracted with and monitored by MVD to perform title, registration, inspection or driver services. Many third party offices offer weekend and extended hours, at locations statewide. In addition to appropriate MVD fees, a convenience fee will be collected by the third party for most transactions.
