When utilizing federal-aid funding ADOT Procurement must comply with all DBE regulations and guidelines contained in 49 CFR Part 26 as well as ADOT Disadvantage Business Enterprise Policy SUP-3.05. Procurement Compliance staff is available to provide guidance, and oversight of DBE compliance issues, clarification of procedures, and answers to questions as needed.
