Stored Specifications:

Stored specifications will be issued quarterly (February, May, August and November).  When necessary, the Department may issue stored specifications that do not meet the quarterly schedule.

The stored specification files are saved in MS Word.  The self-extracting zip file contains the stored specifications, PDF files showing change bars for the stored specifications updated with the latest issue of stored specifications, and a spreadsheet summarizing the changes made and use instructions.
