IRS Small Business Tax Information — The IRS has several pages and resources designed to help clarify tax requirements, including

  • a small brochure designed for small construction businesses.
  • a collection of tax tips for businesses in the construction industry.
  • site dedicated to small businesses and the self-employed.

Arizona Small Business Association — The Arizona Small Business Association is a membership organization dedicated to helping small businesses grow and achieve success. They provide education, mentoring, and one-on-one counseling. Learn more on the Arizona Small Business Association website. 

Federal Bonding Education Program (BEP) — The BEP is a hands-on, multi-component program designed to address what businesses need to do to become bond-ready, as well as one-on-one sessions with local surety bonding professionals to help in assembling the materials necessary for a complete bond application.
