Abandoned Vehicle Report Filing

Towing companies are required to file their Abandoned Vehicle Reports electronically for Arizona.

Electronic Lien and Title

All lenders to release vehicle liens electronically. Mobile-home liens are exempt from this requirement.

Vehicle Inspection Reconciliation

The electronic Monthly Vehicle Inspection Reconciliation application provides authorized third-party companies a convenient and accurate way to submit their monthly vehicle inspection reconciliation reports to MVD’s third-party inspection program.

Rental Vehicle Surcharge

A person engaged in the business of renting vehicles without drivers (a rental company) is required to collect, at the time the vehicle is rented, a surcharge on each contract that is for a period of 180 days or fewer.
