Product Evaluation Program

Product Evaluation Application Instructions

The Product Evaluation Program is designed to assist ADOT in selecting products for use by the department. Products selected through the program are listed on the ADOT Approved Products List (APL).

The categories of products covered by the program are shown on the APL. A request for evaluation requires submission of an application. The format of this submittal is discussed in the following sections. A separate application shall be submitted for each product. Furthermore, a product with more than one use in the highway industry shall be submitted with a separate application for each category.

Note: All applications must be submitted electronically to [email protected]. NO applications will be accepted by mail.

Please submit application(s) to [email protected] and include the product name in the subject line. Also include your contact name, phone number and mailing address in the body of the message. If attachments are submitted with your application, limit to about 5-8 MB per email message as the ADOT email system may not accept attachments larger than 8 MB.

You will receive an email response within two weeks.

If you have questions, please contact the ADOT Product Evaluation program manager:
