The Motor Vehicle Division provides various commercial vehicle enforcement services that work closely with federal and state agencies to ensure the safe movement of commercial vehicle traffic traveling on Arizona's highways. These services include issuing permits, collecting commercial vehicle taxes, and performing a variety of commercial vehicle regulatory activities including the enforcement of laws governed by the Arizona Revised Statutes, and the Administrative Rules.
