Arizona Commercial Permits provides the Trucking Industry the ability to purchase permits allowing them to legally transverse Arizona, according to Arizona Revised Statutes.

In accordance with ARS 28-2321, any vehicle meeting specific qualifications traveling in or through Arizona that does not have an International Registration Plan from its base state, with Arizona listed, is subject to a Registration/Motor Carrier fee.

In accordance with ARS 28-5739, any vehicle meeting specific qualifications traveling in or through Arizona that does not have an International Fuel Tax Agreement, is subject to a Use Fuel fee.

Overdimensional vehicles or loads traveling in or through Arizona must purchase an Overdimensional permit according to ARS 28-1091.
