Apply for a 30, 60, 90 Day Registration or 30, 90, 180 Day Use Fuel Permit Online NOW!

Purpose
Allows the Arizona Department of Transportation (ADOT) to issue 30-60-90 day registration to nonresident drivers of motor vehicles who are planning repetitive trips in and out of Arizona for extended periods of time, rather than purchasing single trip permits each time they enter the state

Provisions
Vehicle must be currently registered and licensed under laws of any other state or country.

The permit is valid for use for a specific period of time unless an extension of time is granted. Such an extension is authorized by field officers when there is reason to believe that circumstances beyond the control of the driver caused a delay of normal planned travel. Such an extension must be granted in person and in writing. No extensions will be given over the phone.

Any commercial vehicle that has a gross weight of six thousand pounds or more, and that is operated in more than one jurisdiction is subject to permit fees in the state of Arizona if not currently registered in Arizona, or does not have Arizona listed on their IRP registration.

The weight of the vehicle and load may not exceed the declared gross weight shown on the registration, or the permit while in the state of Arizona.

The 30-60-90 day permit may be verified against your registration by a field officer each time you enter a port of entry.

Fees

  • Based on Gross Vehicle Weight (GVW)
