Envelope Permits are issued for a non-specific and non-reducible vehicle or cargo load that does not exceed 250,000 lbs in gross weight, 14 ft in width, 16 ft in height, 120 ft in overall length and has at least four axles, unless otherwise approved by MVD. All Envelope permitees must have an Arizona business address. All vehicles must be currently registered for 80,000 lbs.

Fees

• Oversize 30 Day: $150
• Oversize Annual: $750
• Oversize/Overweight 30 Day: $500
• Oversize/Overweight Annual: $1,500
• Modifications: $25 or $50
