Purpose
Allows Arizona Department of Transportation (ADOT) to issue Envelope Permits to qualified applicants for nonspecific and maximum dimensions and weights set by this article.

Provisions
According to the Arizona Revised Statutes ARS 28-1141 through 28-1151, ADOT is allowed to issue Envelope Permits for a non-specific and non-reducible vehicle or cargo load that does not exceed 250,000 pounds in gross weight, 14 feet in width, 16 feet in height, 120 feet in overall length and has at least four axles, unless otherwise approved by the director. All Envelope permitees must have an Arizona business address. All vehicles must be currently registered and registered for 80,000# to be allowed an overweight Envelope permit.

• Oversize 30 Day: $150
• Oversize Annual: $750
• Oversize/Overweight 30 Day: $500
• Oversize/Overweight Annual: $1,500
• Modifications: $25 or $50
