Purple Heart Recipient-Motorcycle Plate -
The Purple Heart Recipient license plate is now available for motorcycles. The fee is the same as the full size plate, $25 initial application fee and $5 annual renewal. For plates that are mailed, the postage and handling charge is $1.50.
May be personalized for an additional $25 initial application and annual renewal fee (requires Special Plate Application form #96-0143 unless ordered online).
