We will soon implement changes to the way towing companies file their Abandoned Vehicle Reports with MVD. A new law will take effect in early 2010, Senate Bill 1169, that requires electronic filing.

We are developing a quick and simple procedure for towing companies or their Authorized Third Party representatives to file reports online using the ServiceArizona secure business website.

Before the new system takes effect, we will hold informational sessions to demonstrate the process, provide signup information and to answer questions.
