Yuma County Area Transit Yuma County Intergovernmental Public Transportation Authority (YCIPTA) utilizes Section 5311 funding to operate all transit routes outside the Yuma Urbanized Area. These routes include Orange Route 2 (Yuma-Fortuna Foothills), Brown Route 3 (Fortuna Foothills Shuttle), Gold Route 8 (Wellton-Yuma), Silver Route 9 (AWC-San Luis), Yellow Route 95 (Yuma-San Luis) and YCAT OnCall ADA paratransit services. YCAT operates Monday-Friday from 5:50 am to 7:30 p.m. with limited evening service until 11:00 pm from AWC/NAU/UA and on Saturday from 9:15 am to 6:30 pm.
