We are here to help you.  Yes, really!  We offer services above and beyond traditional auditing.  Following are some of the services available.  Whatever your situation is, call and see if we can help.  After all, the team’s motto is “HELPFUL, NOT ADVERSARIAL.”

Consulting Services

We work with business units offering an independent perspective to problems, and we have a variety of talents and expertise to apply to the situation.  These consulting services are not an audit and usually are available in a relatively short period of time, depending on the nature of the request.

Consulting services include just about anything you can think of; including general business consulting, managing business risks, and information technology issues.

Facilitated Self-Assessment (FSA)

We can work with you using a new team facilitation process that puts you in the driver's seat. Using your business objectives, we guide you through a process of assessing your business risk for your changing business environment. This process is internationally recognized as a valuable management tool. We have a certified practitioner on staff, who can assist you with your business needs.

What are all those letters for?

The Internal Audit Team boasts a bunch of "letters" after some of their names. These “letters” are indicative of some of the capabilities of the team - three CPAs, two CIAs, a CGAP, a CCSA, a CFE, and a CGFM. Here is what all that means:

CPA = "Certified Public Accountant"

CIA = "Certified Internal Auditor"

CGAP = "Certified Government Auditing Professional"

CCSA = "Certified Control Self Assessment"

CFE = "Certified Fraud Examiner"

CGFM = "Certified Government Financial Manager"

“Letters” are not required, and some team members do not have “letters.” However, all team members are well qualified in various areas.

What does all that mean to you? It means the team has many different talents available to assist you in dealing with issues you have in your workplace.
