ORGANIZATION DESCRIPTION

The Information Technology (IT) Audit Group provides a wide range of consultative and management advisory services:

• Performs information protection, system and product specific technical control assessments
• Assists other audit groups with IT governance, risk management and control issues
• Conducts operational efficiency/effectiveness analyses
• Evaluates IT process maturity
• Reviews operating practices for compliance with State/Departmental policies and other statutory obligations
