This team defines clear roles by the five Groups within OES and the DEC's. This team also establishes core elements of duties and responsibilities for the DEC's.

This team focuses on promoting timely and direct communication by sharing knowledge resulting from experiences, technical expertises, and guidance. This Web site is one example of the Communication Team disseminating information to ESLT members.
