Rubberized asphalt paving on Interstate 10 widening project near Casa Grande will require ramp closures next week (Aug. 7-9)

Ramps will be closed for up to five hours

Next week crews will begin rubberized asphalt paving as part of the I-10 widening project between Val Vista and Earley roads in Pinal County. To keep traffic from driving on the new pavement, a number of ramps will need to be closed for several hours next week Tuesday through Thursday. Please use caution in the work zone and follow detour signs. Drivers should be aware of the following restrictions:

• Eastbound I-10 ramps at McCartney Road closed between noon and 5 p.m. Tuesday (Aug. 7).
• Eastbound I-10 ramps at State Route 287 (Florence Boulevard) closed between 5 p.m. and 10 p.m. Tuesday (Aug. 7).
• Westbound I-10 ramps at Florence Boulevard closed between 9 a.m. and 2 p.m. Wednesday (Aug. 8).
• Westbound I-10 ramps at McCartney Road closed between 2 p.m. and 7 p.m. Wednesday (Aug. 8).
• Eastbound I-10 ramps at McCartney Road closed between noon and 5 p.m. Thursday (Aug. 9).
• Eastbound I-10 ramps at State Route 287 (Florence Boulevard) closed between 5 p.m. and 10 p.m. Thursday (Aug. 9).
