ONLINE INFORMATION GUIDELINES: (Revised April 17, 2009)

To access project related information for a current advertisement, go to the ECS ftp site at ftp://ftp.azdot.gov/.    User Name:  ECS, User Password:  Ecs_01.  These are case sensitive.

SOQ Packages are available for distribution from the first Advertisement Date through SOQ Submittal Deadline. Please be advised that ECS will no longer make the hard copy of the SOQ package available in ECS for pick up or mailing.

To view the SOQ package, select the highlighted SOQ Package button.

The SOQ package is in PDF format which will require Adobe Reader to view.

To receive amendment notifications, deadline changes or other contract information, select the highlighted Register/Request button. Complete form and submit to ECS.

Responsibility: Every attempt is made to assure that the online SOQ packages on this website are current. However, it is the sole responsibility of the proposer to insure they are working with a current and up to date copy of the SOQ document.

Method of Submission: Currently, fax and emails are not appropriate methods of submitting proposals. Only hard copy or online submissions following the format identified in the specific SOQ package will be accepted during the period of April 15, 2009 through September 30, 2009.

Effective October 1, 2009, ECS will no longer accept hard copies of the SOQ proposals and all SOQs must be submitted online.
