As the Arizona Department of Transportation nears completion of the Interstate 8 paving project in Yuma from the California state line to Fortuna Road, crews will close the eastbound exit ramp at Araby Road daily from 8:30 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Wednesday (February 8) through Friday (February 10) and again on Monday (February 13) through Friday (February 17) to complete roadway improvements.
The construction schedule is subject to change due to a variety of reasons, including weather, material availability and mechanical difficulties. ADOT advises drivers to proceed through or near work zones with caution, slow down, and be alert for construction equipment and personnel.
