Residential Driveways and Turnouts
To obtain a permit for residential driveways and turnouts a person needs to submit a permit application and a drawing showing what will be done in the right of way. It is not necessary for this drawing to be done by a professional.
A template for turnouts and driveways is available here. (Note: A driveway is an access to a roadway with curb. A turnout is an access to a roadway without curb.)
