Other Encroachment Permits
The Arizona Department of Transportation allows placement of a variety of encroachments. Unless it is specifically prohibited and would not be a hazard to the motorist we will entertain it.
To obtain a permit submit a permit application and five sets of drawings showing what will be done in the right of way.
