Highway Plans

Because we use highway as-built (construction) and right of way (property) plans to issue permits we make these plans available to our customers.  We are not the offices of record for these plans.  While we make every effort to have the most up to date plans we cannot guaranty that our records match the official record.  Customers who need to obtain the official record can do so by contacting the following offices located in Phoenix:
