Environmental Determination

The scope of work to be done in Arizona Department of Transportation right of way determines the extent of the environmental requirements.

In order to determine what you will need to address the Natural Resources Manager has put together an Environmental Checklist which includes not only a list of environmental concerns but also a list on contacts for many of the areas of concern.  Also available is a document used as a guide for presenting this information.  It is called an Environmental Determination.
