Commercial Access

To obtain a permit for a commercial accesses the supporting documentation includes five sets of engineering plans depicting all work to be done in the right of way.  Other documents may include a Traffic Impact Analysis, a Drainage Study, and an Environmental Determination. If the encroachment is to be shared by multiple property owners a Joint Use Agreement will be necessary.
