The project is located in Navajo and Apache Counties, on I-40 from milepost 303.25 to milepost 311.60. The work includes milling the existing pavement and replacing it with Asphaltic Concrete End Product and Asphalt Concrete Friction Course (Asphalt-Rubber), signing and marking, bridge deck repair, removing and replacing guardrails, traffic control, loop detectors, and other related items.
