Notes on ADOT.CEL Library The ADOT.CEL cel library has been modified to include the new North Arrow (February 12, 2004). The ADOT.CEL cel library has been modified to include the new True Half Size (ANSI D Size) plan sheet. A new English True Half Size border sheet has been developed for all disciplines within ADOT. Design starting after February 1, 1999, on all ADOT projects, whether designed in-house or by consultants, are required to use the new English True Half Size Plan Sheet. All current ongoing projects may continue to use the current plan sheet or use the new plan sheet at the discretion of the Project Manager. However, all of the plans sheets in a project shall be the same size, either 22"x36" or 22"x34". The current 22" X 36" plan sheet will be replaced by a new 22" X 34" (ANSI "D" size) plan sheet. The new plan sheet may be plotted at true half scale, thus making them easy to reproduce on a copier without losing any pertinent information. The new border sheet cells can be found in a 'ADOT.CEL' cell library. All current border cells have now 'o' (old) designation in front of cell names. The new border cells take the old border cell names.
