Project Assessments

Project Assessments (PAs) are written documents which conceptually describe the Transportation Enhancement (TE) project. The PA serves as a framework when the TE project enters final design. Please note that TE funds cannot be used to pay for this activity.

The PA must include the elements in the following table.
