Your project has been awarded! So what is next?
 This part of this web site will assist the sponsors with project implementation. It includes downloads to help the sponsor and their staff and/or consultants prepare adequate and accurate documents.
Sponsors must work with ADOT to ensure that the project meets requirements for environmental protection, acquiring right-of-way, procurement and various permits, agreements and clearances. ADOT and sponsors must work together to solicit bids and award contracts for consultants and construction. Exactly who does what work will vary from sponsor to sponsor.
The sponsor is urged not to delay the environmental investigation and acquire all necessary biological, cultural and hazmat clearances. Additional Environmental Clearance information is available.
