Roadway Update 10-17-11
Modified the cell ‘typfog’ to match the graphics now included in
http://www.azdot.gov/Highways/Roadway_Engineering/Roadway_Design/Design/Aids/PDF/PPRESGUIDE2011.pdf (page 25).

The modification to the above referenced document was initiated by Baljeet Chawla a few weeks ago,
and has been approved by Chris Cooper / Terry Otterness.
