Open roadway_minor.zip

1)	Download roadway_minor.zip from the web
	ex. C:\ADOT_Downloads\roadway_minor.zip
2)	Open roadway_minor.zip
	Toggle On, 	All files/folders in archive
			Use folder names
	Extract to C:\

Extracts all of the updated files:
roadway.dgnlib, roadway.rsc, the summary sheet files,
facesheet.ref, roadway.cel, summ.cel and the images
all at once and places them in proper directory structure.
