The most significant change to the library is the cell=LOOPD.
This cell will need to be updated on all active projects.

03-10-2010 - rlf
LOOPD cell modified as follows: added one data field for mp entry - it was two, and is now three.
Prior to this modification, only mileposts through 99.00 could be entered without a subsequent edit.

The following curve data cells were modified by adding one data field to the Degree of Curve entry
to allow for adding the 'seconds' character:
CRDWOS, CRDWS, CRDAT1, CRDAT2, CRDAT3, CRDAT4, CRDAT5, CRDAT6, CRDAT7, & CRDAT8. 

The cell for Typical Frontage Road, TYPFNT, was modified as follows: the curb definition at left in the cell
was changed from Type G to Type D. Type G is considered a mountable curb, and ADOT does not allow that
for frontage road design. Type D is not considered a mountable curb.
