12-07-09 - Updated facesheet.ref

1)	Save the file, facesheet.ref to C:\ADOT_V8\Roadway\Dev\Facesheet\
	an information dialog box appears, Save As will show if one already
	exists. Do you want to replace it? Yes

2) 	This will automatically update the facesheet with the applicable
	Red-Line information. Please refer to the link
	http://www.azdot.gov/Highways/SWProjMgmt/PDF/RedlinesAsbuilt.pdf
	for more information (see example Attachment #2).
