Stakeholder Involvement
In order to create a thorough plan and implement efficient solutions to improve conditions on both sides of the border, the involvement of stakeholders from both sides of the border is critical. Information about the study will be provided to stakeholders through newsletters, fact sheets, web site updates, email, meetings and focus groups. Since the BMP is a bi-national project, all information will be provided in English and Spanish. All PAC / TWG meetings will feature simultaneous translation.
Focus group feedback sessions have been held in Nogales and Douglas the result of which has been dynamic and solutions oriented dialogue.
Upcoming Meetings:
A focus group session is scheduled for October 9, 2012 in San Luis, Ariz. If you wish to participate, please contact Alice Templeton or 520.327.6077.
