Test and evaluate materials used in highway construction and maintenance
Test and evaluate traffic control materials
Develop and continuously improve or update materials specifications, policies and procedures directives, and test methods
Conduct product evaluations to determine acceptability or usefulness in regard to materials for highway construction and/or maintenance
Provide engineering expertise for materials related areas
Inspect and approve all precast and prestress concrete products
Work with vendors and suppliers to evaluate and incorporate new products and processes into highway construction and/or maintenance
Produce technical reports, product evaluation reports, and special studies reports
Participate in research program support, New Materials Products Committee, New Traffic Product Committee
 
 

Recording and storing results of concrete cylinder testing performed during road construction is a function of numerous construction offices throughout the state.  Through a number of computer applications, these testing results are captured, stored, and regularly utilized internally.   This information is provided for the general public as well as current and potential vendors wishing to do business with ADOT.

Concrete Cylinder Test Results – This report shows test results information collected and stored as it relates to the Producer, the Plant and/or the Product selections made on the page.  The selections can be further refined by using a date range.
Concrete Mix Designs – This report shows data collected and stored as it relates to the Producer, the Plant, and/or the Product selections made on the page.
