Noise Policy

ADOT Noise Abatement Policy / Addendum
This policy is based on currently accepted practices and procedures by federal and state transportation agencies to assess and mitigate highway-related noise levels. This policy became effective on December 5, 2005, and supersedes the previous Noise Abatement Policy dated March 31, 2000. An addendum to the noise policy was approved by the Federal Highway Administration on August 24, 2007.
