404 Permit Applications
**NOTE: The Corps does not yet have the enclosure documents prepared that include the NWPs and 401 certification together. In the meantime, please use the corrected Federal Register Notice (first link below) for NWP documentation. Include with this, the 401 Certification Letter from ADEQ (under the 401 Certification Application section below). All NWP PCN applications should include documentation that the project is in compliance with the 31 General Conditions associated with the 2012 Nationwide Permits and Regional Conditions 1-4, 9, and 10.
