These clearance memos templates are to accompany the Categorical Exclusion Checklist, and are to be used for Group One or Group Two Categorical Exclusions.
Government Environmental Process
This guidance highlights the important environmental activities of local government projects.
This form is to be submitted by the local government when they do their preliminary environmental investigation on local government or transportation enhancement projects.
