Construction Alert: McConnico traffic interchange

Kingman, Arizona: The Arizona Department of Transportation (ADOT) will be applying a chip seal to the crossroad and frontage road at the McConnico traffic interchange, Exit 44, west of Kingman, from 7 a.m. to 4 p.m. Wednesday, May 14th and Thursday, May 15th. There will be no impact to the Interstate 40 traffic. ADOT advises motorists to expect delays of up to 30 minutes on Shinarump Road in the vicinity of the McConnico traffic interchange.
Traffic lanes will be closed in the vicinity of the work. Motorists are advised to watch for construction personnel and public safety officers and to obey all posted speed limit signs while traveling through the construction area. ADOT appreciates the patience and understanding of the traveling public during these required lane restrictions.
