Construction Alert: Seal Coating on US Route 191 between Douglas and Sunizona

May 5, 2008

Tucson, Arizona: The Arizona Department of Transportation (ADOT) is scheduled to close one lane of traffic from 7:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., weekdays, from Monday, May 5 through Thursday, May 15, to seal coat the road on US Route 191. The work will take place between Douglas and Sunizona.

Traffic will be directed by flag crews and a pilot car. Drivers can expect delays of approximately ten minutes.

Motorists are advised to watch for construction personnel and public safety officers and to obey all posted speed limit signs and detour routes while traveling through the construction area.
