DBE Contract Compliance

Arizona Department of Transportation

All ADOT contracting groups utilizing federal-aid funding must comply with all DBE regulations and guidelines contained in 49 CFR Part 26. The Business Engagement and Compliance Office (BECO) Contract Compliance staff are available to provide guidance, monitoring and oversight of DBE compliance issues, training and technical assistance, clarification on procedures, and answers to questions as needed. Professional Services Contract (with DBE Goal)

Pre-Solicitation

The DBE goal must be included in the solicitation. Learn more about Goal Assessments and find the Goal Setting Application, which must be submitted prior to solicitation to obtain a contract goal.

Pre-Award

Solicitations must include the forms or links to online versions of the forms. All proposers must submit a Proposers (Bidders) List and a Commitment Form with a proposal.

Submit the Certification of Payments form prior to contract close-out.
