The Governor's Advisory Council on Aviation (ACA)
was established in 2004 to develop strategies for improving the efficiency of
Arizona’s aviation system, enhance land use and aviation planning, and improve
the working relationship and communication between state and local aviation
entities and relevant federal agencies.
