Barclay Dick, Division Director
Barclay joined ADOT in September of 2004. He brings 33 years of airport management,
operations and construction experience to his new assignment. A native resident of
Tucson and a University of Arizona alumni, he has been active in community and aviation
affairs for a number of years.
Barclay Dick’s work experience with the Tucson Airport Authority, which dates
back to 1970, will help guide the Aeronautics Division. The division oversees a
Five-Year Aviation Program totaling more than $500 million for planning and
construction improvement projects at the 74 publicly owned airports throughout the
state. The division is also responsible for registration of non-commercial
civilian aircraft in the state.
