Instructions
Research Center reports
meet high standards for both content and presentation. Project managers and Technical
Advisory Committees (TACs) ensure that the research is scientifically valid.
Research Center staff thoroughly review report drafts to see that they are clearly written and logically
organized. These Instructions and Specifications provide authors direction on report presentation. They do not
give rules for grammar and spelling. However, the project manager may return for
rewriting a report that is poorly organized, has spelling and grammatical errors, or
significantly varies from these Instructions. They are available in PDF format at:
