Christopher earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Bloomsburg University, Bloomsburg, Pennsylvania. His primary tasks at the Transportation Research Center are collecting and analyzing data from weigh-in-motion sites throughout Arizona. This information is used in the national Long Term Pavement Performance (LTPP) program.
Christopher also served in the United States Navy as a Surface Sonar Technician. Additional duties included in-port Roving Patrol Security, Fire Fighting Team member, Accident and Incident Team member and Security Alert Force. He served on-board the U.S.S. Capodanno FF-1093. |
