Research done by the Research Center focuses on applied research. The principal measure of its success is the extent to which the results are used by the Arizona Department of Transportation. Research implementation can take many forms, from assisting decision
makers to improving methods, materials and practices. The
implementation reports highlight the use of Research
Center research during the year.
