Construction Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP) Template
Note: Please download the instructions first and read them before downloading the Construction SWPPP Template. This template is to help ensure that the SWPPP contains all required components. ADOT has updated the third version of the template to make the template consistent with the changes ADEQ made to the 2008 Construction General Permit as well as those included in the ADOT Individual Statewide Stormwater Permit effective September 2008. The fifth version of the Construction SWPPP Template is available for download below.
