Registration ~ General Information

REGISTRATION INFORMATION:

This year the cost of participant registration for the event will be $100 and will include a catered lunch both days of the event and the awards dinner. Attendees will also receive an Equipment Roadeo t-shirt and hat. First, second and third place winners will receive an award plaque along with a custom sterling-silver belt buckle.

Payment information is needed for compliance with procurement rules. If you are an ADOT Employee please use the ADOT Payment Information below and generate a PO prior to beginning your registration. If you are from another entity please provide the method of payment and PO number if applicable.

Please use your registration form as the invoice and process your receiver as soon as your document has a “Pass 2”. All registrations are processed as advance payments. For payment of Spouse/Guest and Children fees, please print your registration form and attach a check or money order made payable to Organized Affair (Equipment Roadeo) and submit to Organized Affair, Attn: Michelle Fulcher, 28248 N.
