Welcome to the ADOT Safe Routes to School Program!

Does your community or school desire to encourage students to walk or bicycle more to school? The Arizona Department of Transportation (ADOT) and the Federal Highway Administration shares your interest and has dedicated funding source for such projects, which is known as the Safe Routes to School Program.
