Mission Statement

Perform statewide independent field reviews to determine conformance to contract  requirements of construction processes and products, and agency systems.  Develop and improve quantified checklists, maintain the workmanship database and provide quality reports and analyses.  Manage, develop and implement construction training that increases conformance.  Provide statewide professional landscape architectural services.  Perform all work precisely (consistently) and accurately (without bias).
