The Arizona Department of Transportation makes all public decision-making documents available to the public in accordance with state and federal statutes.

The Grand Avenue corridor environmental documents are available here in PDF format. Both the Draft Environmental Assessments (DEAs) and Final Environmental Assessments (FEAs) are included for each intersection. Note that the FEA includes only the pages that changed from the DEA. A Categorical Exclusion (CE) was completed for the 91st Avenue ramps to the Loop 101 project.
